Prosperi Lab
Prosperi Lab
Welcome to our page!
Our lab is located at Indiana University School of Medicine - South Bend on the campus of the University of Notre Dame.
We are affiliated with the Harper Cancer Research Institute and the Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center.

The lab is broadly focused on the Wnt pathway independent functions of Adenomatous Polyposis Coli (APC). We are actively addressing 2 primary functions of APC:
1. How does loss of APC predict response to chemotherapy?
2. What is the role of APC in regulating early cellular changes that predispose cancer?
